I think I have more faith in the general population than you do! I would at least hope most people know the basics at least.
Is it school curriculum
You wouldn't necessarily learn about these things in school, I don't think (for obvious reasons). But most people have access to books and the computer, no?
Then I wouldn't assume it is in the knowledge of the general population

Yeah, the problem is ppl aren't interested in learning abt stuff thats not important in their own lives, so all they see is what the media posts

The bible contains as much "homophobia" as it does "lyingphobia" and "blasphemyphobia".
Christians are taught to love all, including homosexuals.

Think about it like this. Do you think lying is good? Probably not. Does that mean you hate liars? Of course not. People often get confused about that!
Yeah but being gay is the same as lying, right?
Do you think being a homosexual is a active choice we make just like how we chose if we want to lie or not?
No, nor do I think it's bad.

The weirdest thing I think is jews, because I don't think most ppl really have anything against jews, but I feel like the general population still hold a bad impression of them cus of old nazi views. Not smth most think about I guess, but still. Same w every minority tho rlly. I don't think most ppl would say they don't like black people or muslims if u asked them on the street, and I think they genuinly feel like they don't either, but ppl still have prejudice against them, conscious or not. I think thats a big problem w religion at least
I don't think it's left over from the Nazis lol, the Nazis got it from centuries of antisemetic propaganda and hate.

Most things we know today aren't the things we learned in school.

Honestly. Just because you have access to information doesn't mean it should be assumed you know it.
