i think about linguistics all the time and when i don't think about it i panic about my future and then i think about whether i should play sims 2 or dragon age inquisition when i've handed in my thesis although based on what my supervisor says which i don't believe in because i suffer from impostor syndrome allegedly i'll have to write a condensed version of my thesis to hand it in to a conference because he advised me to allegedly present it on a conference about dialectology which i feel is way outside my league personally and i don't understand why he would ridicule me like this
