I nearly fainted this morning (I casually updated the software after staying up until 3am and was super tired, so my faer wasn't the only reason) when opening the critterpedia and seeing that motherducker sitting there all casually spread out
like, truly, props to the devs, but did they have to add in the octopus?? I was sure as hell happy with just having the squid living in the water...



also, I have the recipe for the mermaid closet. so if you have 2 pearls, 1 giant shell, 2 corals and 5 sanddollars, I'll be happy to craft it for you

but then again, this probably is meant like an all year around search, so they probably programmed it so you need to play about 3-5 months until you have enough to complete the series
I feel like with most special collections, you get the recipes much faster than the material for them
