could you maybe get the model of the pc and I'd try to look and see if it'd be possible to run the game?
as high graphics pc does not equal the need of a high end pc, some games are badly optimized and there's more in work here

also resi 8 you mean resident evil 8? village? that game before was not running well on high pc ends either so maybe it is worth a shot checking

i only know it's hp pc hngh

nah but it wasnt only that it would literally crash so i couldnt play at all
