i was diagnosed w adhd 8 years ago. for 3 years i had regular contact w psychiatry because i wasnt able to work or study because exhausted from life. and i always talked about fear of handling the future. 

today i google a name that a friend mentioned lightly 6 months ago. "habiliterings center" specifically made for neurodivergents struggling with everyday chores and how to get on with life and seeking help. 

Over all these years. no one sent me to the clinic that was made to solve the exact problems i have which is not only in the same building as ive gone to all these years. but it's on the same fucking floor
