also depends on the ED cos some of them you usually keep having puffier face but I think it’s this like sort of gaunt look after being used to swing someone with a full face + some excess skin in face

i just wonder if his marriage with orlin is saved now or something but im certain the whole giving each other STDs had more of an effect on it than the weight gain....
