In short, a mediocre singer, without depth, inconsistent, without personality, who only knows to cling to clichés that collaborate for the rotting of pop music.
While the fans want to do a job with Katy Perry's work, what you have is that it is a meticulously calculated work. The consequence is obvious:
Shallow, tasteless songs that are no more than safe, and with a cynical eagerness to thank. Katy Perry is no longer synonymous with great vocal talent. And a lot of clichés in her songs makes her a difficult person to thrill.
