anyways: The goal of the translation is to adhere to the norm of foreignization and/or adequacy prevalent in translation of adult fiction from English to Swedish, as the modern young adult target audience possess virtually the same or at least similar cultural context as the target audience of adult fiction. However, it will also consider the possibility that in this case a source-oriented text may also in a sense be target-oriented in regards to the specific target audience, as the source-oriented tactics provide at text that may be less "foreign" to a reader whose vocabulary consist of a great amount of loan words from and who posses a very good grasp of the source language.
