yawn im not bothering reading through their references but if you still wanna disprove what im saying i say go ahead and check those references
ur point is nonsensical when aspergers isnt a diagnosis used in the dsm anymore, meaning neither usa or norway operate with the diagnosis anymore.
ur point is that only ppl w high iqs get diagnosed with aspergers. its disproven when ppl point out that no one gets diagnosed with aspergers.
it was when i was younger though and that was what i was claiming so it was not wrong uwu
all reality should only be seen through the lens of vp user pavlovs early childhood

also no ive never said that, (it was average and higher iq"Those with Asperger's syndrome, in contrast, must by definition have suffered no cognitive delay during their first 3 years of life" ) you should read again, and people were diagnosed with asperger like up until 7 years ago its not like they just dissappeared after they merged it with asd

if yall are gonna call someone uneducated about a topic yall should at least be correct or its a uno reverse
u wont be diagnosed with asperger or autism spectrum disorder if you have an iq under average, its true
Asperger is not a diagnosis used on its own anymore and hasn't been for years, are you trying to prove your point?

well then *before asperger got merged with the entire autism spectrum it was a requirement to have an average or above average intelligence* but now apparently its not, how fun is that

but still it means that while you dont need a high intelligence to be diagnosed with autism the higher functioning end of the spectrum is still dominated by people with average and above intelligence (obviously) because it consists mostly of people previously diagnosed with asperger

anyway 7 years more and there will probably be another complete reform and you will be as confused as im now trying to understand what is outdated and whats still valid
