She said shes only 13 like thats the age when ur body starts changing cuz its developing. When ur in the early stages of puberty as a girl u start getting more aware of ur body and body image and it can feel very new and make u a little insecure, so yes its completely normal to have these thoughts and questions. She just needed a little reassuring. No shame in that
