I think the "symptoms" of being a bisexual person [or other type of person in society] has gotten "out of hand" with a few people, but mostly I think people mostly joke about the stereotypes.

yes i just picked the most ridiculous general thing i could think of hehe, yeah a lot of people are definitively joking but i sense there is a half truth to the joking where some people actually feel like them being bisexual makes them act different then someone who is gay or straight

If I understand why you get "annoyed" right, it is that "some people" make everything about their sexuality. I myself at least have an example from when I was at a standup. 

This comedian is gay, and this was his first srandup with another gay guy. The jokes was fun and all, but everything was about being gay. Buying the biggest dildo, and other typical "gay stuff". I think the jokes was fun, and making fun of your own identity and/or sexuality is great, but I wanted more from him [as a comedian] than to make everyhting about being gay. That is small part of him, and he is so much more.

Some people do this to themself by making their sexuality their "identity". "Ohh I can't sit straight 'cause I' m bi". "I listen to girl in red, you know what that means..." so and so.

Not saying making sexuality a big deal of your life is wrong [for those who act this way], not at all. I just think some "people" want "more" from people than just their sexuality. It's fun to joke about common "stereotypes" once in a while, but some people think it gets "out of hand" and that is why they get "annoyed" by all kind of "x-cultures" and such.
