I shave them like mby once a week already cus I have the ends shaved off, but I fewl like even tho they grow fast its like uhh, not very visible cus they r so thin anyways

it's way too wet at first imo.
you need a GOOD brow brush, something sturdy and thin, with a spoolie on the end.

basically carve out the shape of your brows with the pomade, just from the middle to tips, and then fill in the brow with the residual pomade left on the brush, don't apply more. 
and the kinda... fluffily? like... lightly apply the rest to the front of your brows. and if it still doesn't feel defined enough you can go back to certain spots to fill them in more or carve them out sharper.
brush it through but don't brush too heavily up or down cuz the lines you made will blur and look messy.
then brush a gel through it.

or like previously mentioned, if you're not super confident, you could start with a powder/shadow, essentially doing the same thing.

also you can carve out the shape to be more defined with concealer.

they look hella good, but i am always wondering the same, bc i have for a long time been coloring me in like ombre natural looking... but they were thicccccc as fuck and that rlly wasn't a look for me, so i can even look back 4-5 months and be like oh god what did i do

Ur brows look sexi now. Also idk why I just have a peoblem w darker brows on myslf, I feel like anything thats slightly darker than mby a shade darker than my natural ones look like hell on earth or I look like a man suddenly
