Tbh I didn't feel any dirtier from showering two times a week than I do now showering almost every day, cus ur body kinda gets used to it, so ur hair will b ok n u won't smell like bad unless u r stupid but. I feel as dirty now after one day as I would after mby 3 days before so
i sometimes wouldnt shower on weekends but now i must do it everyday but my skin is decompososososoiig, i have stopped scrubbing my body now i only like.. ofc scrub but not w sponge or loofa yes, ahhhhhhh..
I never scrub my body tbh, just soap entire body n mby use a cloth but tbh very rarely, only if my skin looking weird, n then I put body butter or whatever on after shower so I don't turn into a dry raisin
