i think they really do, especially in the beginning when i didn't even follow a pomodoro method. now it's easier to do it by myself but i like the videos, especially the channel Study Vibes (she is taking a break now but will be back soon i think), she talks in the breaks and shows her cat sometimes and it's very wholesome and nice!! so, short answer: yeah why not!

time to self promote my own blog post about studying XD  nah but it's when u have a specific routine with ur studying, usually u study for 50 minutes then have a 10 minute break, and then u do that until u have a lunch break, and then after the lunch break until ur done for the day! so u remember to take breaks but also not waste too much time on each break kinda

ahahaha will do<33 yeah indeed! it's like, yeah sometimes u have to stop when you're in a flow, but most of the time u get the short rest u need to be able to keep going for those important hours to come! no problem <3
