yeah that happened to me too but i removed it because it had been infected once and it felt smart lmfao but the scar is less visible now

I don't know actually, because you're removing a tumor but I think you're removing the whole boob fat thing so I don't know. They're both called mastectomies or more generally reconstructive surgery so maybe they're not plastic surgery per se I'm not sure anymore. 
I would consider top surgery cosmetic though, since it's about mental health and not physical but maybe not eh.

it was umm  bad? idk what the name for it is but it could give me cancer so they took out some meat too (i accidentally saw it)

I never suck my stomach but I always flex it cus otherwise it feels uncomfy n hurty, but its just genetics rlly
