I googled my way to a more better explanation in the diffference, because all i had to say was one is small rooms and other is in general trapped lmao.. Just gonna quote here

thank for the word im gonna look into it,
 when pois was getting his blood drawn today i was like looking at it and like noted in my head that i was not afraid of the blood and stuff, and then like 10 seconds later i was like wow if i stand up longer im going to literally collapse so i had to sit down, so i was literally thinking about this today haha

i like them in theory,
idk i dont like it when there are little people around sometimes, or no people, because then if something weird happens theres nothing to blame it on idk its hard to ecplain, but when im in a dark room with someone else im much less afraid than when im alone

oh okay that makes a lot of sense actually, i guess they just manifest kind of similarly?
I wonder if there are many people who say they have claustrophobia but actually have cleithrophobia hm

but imma also guess that a lot of the people with one has the other

maybe ! like ppl slowly expose themselves to the thing, but how do u do that w blood unless ur a murderer
