I did the same. Inquisition was my first dragon age game, but I have to say after playing origins and then 2 origins was by far my favorite game out of them all mainly because of the setting and story. If you can get over that the graphics look older and the combat is more challenging then you will be surprised by how good the story is.

my experience trying to play origin was that i was incapable of reading the text because it was so blurry and fucked and it was difficult to understand what the fuck was going on and i didn't even finish the first like introduction part

it's for xbox 360 which is my sister's and it's at my dad's place and i'm not super interested in giving it a chance because it's from a time where the games are just... eh
