I understand, he was so happy when he finally did make it! It was not like what pros will do, but still it was not bad! He did try a tree later this took him also some time but also he did do it again. But now i think he is sick of trying haha, so no he is just making normal coffee with milk, So no art in it anymore sadly haha.

I had it once because I was curious and it didn’t taste Bad but I don’t wish to drink it ever again? I’ve also seen cherry coke espresso rising in popularity lately but I don’t think I would dare to try that one

I lived !! we got a milk delivery and boss came over 2 hours into the shift so he could watch over the counter while I went to pee 🤩

new problem tho …. the milk we got is the Good Milk that we ran out of halfway through the week and then we used a different milk with less fat. and I got used to that milk so all my latte art with the new but usual milk turned out like shit ????? WHAT DO I DO

omg stressful!!! can your coworkers teach/help you w the Good Milk

we’re all beginners rly 😭 this coffee shop is a bit crazy okay lore drop 

there’s a guy, we’ll call him M — owns 5 cafes in Belgrade but! across the river 
then there’s another guy, we’ll call him V — who went to M’s coffee shop for years and loved his coffee and came up to M with the idea to open a joint coffee shop

now, M is a barista first and foremost while V is a journalist who knows … nothing … about coffee
and V is now my boss : D

the coffee shop they opened (that I work at) is in the city center and business is rly slow and M was on vacation when the cafe opened a couple weeks ago so we just. did whatever without no proper guidance really. we had training at M’s cafes but all of us only have a month or two of experience. the person who gave me tips was M, who came to the cafe to deliver some coffee beans and that was the first time I saw him since the cafe opened 😭😭 I rly wish he was my boss pls he’s the most chill dude who actually knows what he’s doing and loves his work and his brand and cares abt his employees 😭😭 unlike my boss who straight up forgot to give me any shifts this week so I had to beg my coworkers to give me their shifts
