Im not time traveling so i have to wait 2 weeks for each villager to move out (they will have a bubble) if its not the one i want to move out,  i wait next day until its someone i want gone. Dx (if they have the bubble and its the wrong villger, just ignore them. dont tell them to stay. if you accidently talk to them, turn on and off your game)

The way i did it i had found on the internet, said to annoy the villager.. time travel 14 days (because apparently no villager would wanna move out in that time) and then move day by day for a bit to see if anyone wanna move 

U need to have an open spot to recieve villagers from others!
