I made appointment with doctor so he can send new one I guess, but I just no. I don't even want to go there, but I have to to keep getting money I guess, and everything else, but I just no. They said "we are willing to accept u if u are willing to get help for your drug/alcohol problem :) " like ok ?? My problem that I drink ONCE a week? That a lot of ppl do? Fun times. The alcohol ise def doesn't have anything to do with my head being fucked

Apparantly not... I quit therapy in february or smth too, because it was just too ridiculous isk. After 2,5 appointments, she sent me to drug councilor (?) Instead, but note the instead, cus she didn't continue the appointments with her (psychologist/psychiatrist whatever) but instead just sent me to the drug person and that was gonna be my only "treatment" or whatever. And I KNOW that drug councelors often are not skilled enough in mental health (my mom was one, she i went to school to be a nurse so....) And I now a lot of ppl who have gone to them and it didn't help at all , except lying yo them of course to hopefully get mental health treatment again. So I just never went and quit the whole thing because I just felt angry and like these ppl have no brain but lol. But now they apparently want to do the same thing, even tho I drink ONE time a week now, compared to 7 times a week last time I was there. I just can't, I feel like im gonna beat them up with my weak muscles fr fr
