no it’s easier you just need to do something you’re used to doing that is very mechanical knitting is good if you knit, also designing drawing if that works crocheting good as well also exercising cleaning is one of my personal favorites besides puzzle but apparently puzzle requires brain which i did not know so maybe that doesn’t work for everybody also 2048, tetris, wardrobe challenge etc. games are very good!

i think everyone who says that puzzle requires brain doesn’t know how to do puzzle it’s 0 brain and all mechanical you just sort pieces by shape then by color then my shape then by pattern then just try each piece 
this only works with certain kind of puzzles though some puzzles can’t be sorted my shape so those harder but with most puzzles this works 

i think my brain is not so big actually i have a small brain for my skull i was told this when i was in high school and got my first or second MRI pics of brain

hmm i think it depends on the puzzle some you can sort by color and some are a bit more chaotic (like nature when theres grass or something probably idk) and there are also those weird puzzles with unusual shapes 
i think that even sorting things requires brain! and then figuring out where to place even if mechanical also requires brain
