I have been tempted, but I'm also actually happy with the back part of my island.. i did relocate a couple mountains and a river thought! 
I've been working on how to make a suburban layout for half a year now and finally found a bunch of patterns that actually help me with that, so I now have good reason to really scratch it all and plan it out properly from the beginning on
