how are we as members supposed to feel safe knowing that one negative word about the mods will get us banned?

its upsetting to me that it always ends like this, people being silenced for being unhappy with how things are handled, which by the way, silencing does not help with
every time someone says something bad-ish about administration of this site the thread gets locked or moved or deleted and the thread maker gets a warning or a to or a ban, and when people question it the mods say "just pm a mod if u have a problem" and nothing ever gets solved publicly so everyone knows what's happening? smh

Why giving punishment for giving constructive criticism?
the entire website is against management and the document is telling you why and what is wrong. 
I've also told Sarah personally some of my bug bites, when she asked for them. 

Any other team has to take it on board.

mods arent consumers  of vp though (worded that weirdly)

vp users pay time and money hence why complaining and reporting stuff within a team or group is completely fine
