sometimes I feel like some of them takes everything said personally for just the fun of it. Or is just honestly too sensitive and that's why takes everything said personally to the heart even if the message isn't straight up meant for them.

I think it's just power corruption really. 
It doesn't make anyone a bad person to be corrupted by it - just unfit.

If the same thing we're created saying their opinion on regular users on the site, this would be taken differently by the community. who, aside from admins, mods, and the people affected, have seen the document? not to mention, these "other people" aren't uploading the file to vp, so it's obviously not causing an issue (aside from the mods giving unnecessary bans over it)
