Skin problems:

The holy grail: Coconut oil!
Teeth:
Put a little bit of coconut oil in your mouth ( half of a teaspoon) and start moving it around in your mouth for at leat 5 minutes. The more you make it the better you get. It seems really awkward at first, but it will help you to whiten your teeths. Just do it once a day before you brush your teeth. It's amazing!
Hair:
Put the coconut oil in the length of your hair and leave it in for a couple of hours. It's a little bit hard to wash it out but your hair feels amazing after using it as a hair mask.
Face and lips:
Just rub it gently on face and lips if your skin is really really dry, and let it work over night. So good!
I wouldnt put it in my mouth tho since its basically fat?? I'm kind of afraid of swallowing it and i can't imagine that's healthy.
