That's not true. Jesus died for everyone's sins, not just Adam and Eve

Obviously it still matters, stabbing someone is horrible thing to do. People aren't forgiven if they go do whatever terrible thing they want, but don't repent. 

1 John 1:8:

However it is possible to be forgiven after doing terrible things, if you come to repentance. Meaning you understand the gravity of the sin that you have committed, ask for forgiveness from God, and turn away from your sin

Acts 3:19
Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.

No, this is only a verse about who Jesus died for, it's a little more complicated than that.

The Bible teaches that every human is sinful, none of us are "good" by the standards of God. 

Romans 3:23: "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, ..." 

As a christian it doesn't make sense to see yourself as good, not in that sense. Not good enough to go to heaven. Most people are taught that "good" people go to heaven, however that is not what the Bible teaches 
That's true but that doesn't mean people can keep sinning
