Yeah voting for an absolute clown is such a big brain move lol
Never said it was, but I just remember some UK people discussing it when election was happening.

I like the shit show it's been. Makes me feel more happy about our own shit show at least.
Unless you classify it as a horror movie, because global politics truly resemble one
Unfortunately. I'm worrying for our next election ending like the one in Italy.

the situation in the UK is honestly such a freak show. and that's while ignoring that the Brits somehow voted for Boris Johnson in the first place, it's truly beyond all comprehension.
Tbf I think a lot of people's reasoning were that Brexit was a huge flop and they just wanted it over, so they chose the candidate most likely to end that shit show (which he did)
I voted to stay as well. We covered brexit at uni and found most people who choose to leave was the ones who spent longer living out of the EU so my grandparents generation. The one who didn't really vote as they don't know what to choose had lived both in and out of the EU due to when they were born. Finally the ones who voted to stay (my generation) where the ones who never lived without being apart of the EU so would notice the difference more and it would tend to affect more. xx
From an outsider's perspective it looked like it just was a bunch of racist old people who went like "England for English people only" and based on that voted to leave the EU, and using England is appropriate as Northern Ireland and Scotland voted stay overall, while England (and Wales) voted leave. And all the crises the UK has experienced as a result of it is like yeah this was very expected, who would have thought that there would have been a shortage of lorry drivers when no British person appears to want to drive a lorry...

There was also a massive amount of fake news and fake promises on the Brexit party as well. We had a whole class about the different speeches being held and the "information" used to sway voters.
it was ridiculous the who thing was a joke and it got us no where expect the country even worse a site then it was before and all the ones who voted to leave are now complaining xx

and what does that have to do with me or my political views?
If you got banned on Twitter for expressing your political views and you're saying most banned people are far right, then my conclusion is that you're far right.
interesting conclusion but that's not what i said/meant at all
Well, then my conclusion isn't right.

i didn't vote for him either haha. Everytime you see them on the news all i think of it's like a bunch of animals in a zoo or children in the school ground haha xx
Boris Johnson is one type of upper-class twat while Jacob Rees-Mogg is the other type of upper-class twat imo, but in the end they're both the human equivalents of cancer.
Too bad Keir Starmer has no personality at all, and somehow Brits are completely fine voting for a political party that really doesn't benefit anyone but the richest of the rich, every single time without fail despite everything.
Don't even get me started on the man who is our current Pm and stated he has never had working class friends and even bailed his billionare wife out during furlough xx
Lol you mean the billionaire wife who "didn't live in the UK" while he was the chancellor of the exchequer

My favorite news from the UK has been the people angry about fast access to their favorite European countries not working anymore.

I think Denmark is the one Nordic country I don't have a clue when it comes to politics, but it's probably going to end up like Sweden did
