i think cis people have a hard time understanding gender because their sex and gender match so they never had to think about why they feel like the gender they are or why not.

but i mean obviously people who are agender percieve gender differently than me, thats kinda the problem there is kinda a cultural gap there
Where's the problem?
that its hard to see eye to eye, like how some countries percieve handshaking women to be offensive, and then you have to live somewhere where not handshaking women is sexist
at the end of the day you should accept the other culture right, and it's kinda hard to compare culture to something like gender discussion lol

By gender, I mean gender roles or what females and males are supposed to behave/be. Females are supposed to be feminine and males are supposed to be masculine.
Since I'm a masculine female, I do not go by the gender that was imposed to me

so you don't like called being a cis women for example? why does that make you uncomfortable?

i understand that you have perceived yourself as normal, something that doesn't need a label because it's the norm and just the 'abnormal' need labels to describe how they differ from the norm, but that perspective is harmful to people who exist in the margins

no its that i never percieved myself by my biological sex, my biological sex is the furthest thing in my mind, i just want to look acceptable for a female thats my only requirement

you don't have to use em
I do the same
when ppl ask for my sexual orientation
I just say whatever I find attractive
and it's okay
u don't have to have a name to everything u feel
just feel it, and don't deny it

wud like to add my view on this

i think it only exists online bc they are aware ppl irl wouldn't take them seriously i think.. being trans irl is easier than being NB irl bc ppl will understand being transgender much easier

thas what i think, but correct me if i'm wrong

but what about things such as demisexual? i genuinely don't think that's a real sexuality. and i feel that sentiment could be extended to some genders too.

also no one is forcing anyone to use labels, but the very very very least you could do is just respect it, or ignore their existence
