yeah. 
in norway the purpose is to help them so they can become useful, and lawful members of society after they've served their sentence. obviously it doesn't apply to all. we have at least two in prison now that's likely never let out in public again.

sometimes shit happens late in the pregnancy and you can't abort after like week 20? or something in norway and only if it's serious as fuck after week 12 or something

Yeah, like downs n stuff, u can't test for that before week 12 at least anyway I think so its like, u can still abort it after the 12 weeks if its sick, or u r sick, but probably not after its able to live outside the womb anyway
