Trøndersk?? well.... kvinna sounds very weird and keep in mind that everything that can be classified as feminine is always conjugated in the feminine pattern, so it is always dama and not damen, kvinna sounds very weird, dama is better for it, therefore I disagree. 
You have things like "jeg er en kvinne" but it's "den dama over der" (i am a woman and that lady over there) 
but i don't call myself "dama over der" u kno
i wouldn't refer ti myself as a "dame", but i wouldn't be mad if someone else did

i dont think that’s why honestly, because i feel the same way about the word mann. i would never call a 21 year old a mann. it just feels off cause it’s still very young adult, where the words feel more like they should be used for grown adults, like, 30+, you feel? i dont know.

no but in general be reluctant to use girl about someone that's juridically an adult, there are def 18 y/os and older that qualify more for girl than woman
