i didn't say i think it's helpful or good
i don't understand traumacore because it only makes me feel worse but i don't think it's useful for me to judge people who engage in it either. also i don't think it's my place to tell people they can't use unhealthy coping mechanisms, lots of ppl drink and do drugs to cope with their emotions as well and nobody gives a fuck so
