also i have become obsessed with (lovecraftian) horror recently. just read the manga adaption of at the mountains of madness and omg how did i never explore this genre before. i mean i read uzumaki but still, i thought i was more of the realistic psychological type of horror but i am eating this interdimensional cosmic being shit uppp
Oh ito is the man for lovecraftian horror. i think 'remina' is the one with the most like COSMIC scale of his works. idk ive read literally everything junji ito ever did hes probably my favorite manga artist of all time.

yeah ive seen some of her stuff

it's insanely weird that the moment someone garners "public figure" status, people stop seeing them as humans. they'll be used as emotional punching bags and have the Worst shit said about them, and they always have to take it like a joke or react professionally. so i understand lindsey ellis lashing out, even if it wasnt in her best interest. and it's especually disgusting when the people who do this are supposed to be woke and accepting. we went wrong somewhere in evolution
