I'm doing the same with iced tea - can drink a litre of it everyday and it doesn't affect me that much compared to usually just drinking water since I make the tea myself and can skip on the sugar
That's exactly what im doing, i haven't eaten much sugar for the past 2 weeks.
I been drinking water, but i been allowing myself to putting elderflower cordial(?) into my water when ever i get a little tired of water and then i get tired of the elderflower and go back to water anyways lmao.
