i looked it up because i was interested, but i found out quickly that if was going to be really difficult because, yes, most doctors refuse to. at least in countries where body dysmorphia is recognized as a disorder. we still have a long way to go.
is body dysmorpia the one where it's like "i see it's a nose in my face but this isn't  my nose"
It can be seeing yourself as skinnier/bigger than u are, dont relating to your born genders body, etc

Also body dysmorphia can just be uncomfortable with your own body if you are trans etc so saying it like that is kinda stupid cus obv they are allowed to do surgery on someone who's trans but I get your point
no, the term on trans thing is body dysphoria
Oh mayb im stupid, what is the difference

i guess it's different for everyone. some people do it as a form of art, but there are def people who do it to look beautiful and hide their features/enhance others so

Yes, I have to go to freaking Sweden to get an itty bitty tattoo on my finger
Not than I'm planning to get one, but still
how strange, denmark is usually more liberal than norway so i'm a bit shook now
Ikr I don't understand it either
I could understand it if they meant a facial tattoo with inappropriate, but making no exceptions and just making it illegal is a bit extreme in my opinion. Ig we're still a bit behind in that area, unfortunately.
I'm not a fan of tattoos but as long as it doesn't hurt anyone but the person with it there's no issue I guess

Yes but u dont think they should be worthy to speak abt self love cus they are altering their appearance to their own preference, its the same thing as plastic surgery

Ok so its pretty much the same thing idk
Those with body dysmorphia have a distorted view of how they look, while those with gender dysphoria suffer no distortion. They have feelings of anxiety and depression, as they truly know who they are on the inside, despite this not fitting with their biological sex.
