i don't think it would because if we are imaging a world in which everyone is incredibly smart and basically satan i don't think they would get particularly many children, similarly i don't think a world with everyone being kind and dumber than bread would produce many children either - but for different reasons. depending on the starting point, it's probably more likely a stupid, but kind society would result in a few more generations than the smart one, but they'd end pretty fast anyway
