If you're attracted to both sexes, you're bisexual. It doesn't matter if you like one sex more than the other one, or if you only want to date one sex. I'm not criticizing that, because that's on you and I respect that, I don't care.
You can not identify yourself into a label that does not describe you. If you only felt attraction for men, you'd be gay
You say you don't want to do the thing and then you do the thing. I know myself, I know my sexuality and I know that the label gay is most accurate for me to use in most if not all scenarios in which my sexuality is in question. I may be sexually attracted to some women or sometimes have romantic interest in a woman, but for many reasons I am not and probably won't ever be interested in doing anything with a woman.
Gay (referring, again, to men) means being attracted exclusively to other men. If you can feel attraction for the other sex, you're still bisexual. You can't identify in or out of your own sexuality. I totally respect that you do not want to have anything to do with a woman, it's your life. But if you're not exclusively attracted to other men, you can not just take the label

there are many labels that aren't necessary like demisexual or demiromantic because its like sexual attraction to someone u have a bond with, no ? like.. isn't that just falling in love is
this is kinda OT but now i must bring gender into itย

reminds me of xenogenders, at first i thought they were redundant but now it makes sense since it apparently helps neurodivergent ppl fit and understand gender better in their opinion
mayb the same goes for those labels who knos

i think micro-labels are really harmful because it's just isn't necessary.. like not everyone needs to know to what specific kind of person ur attracted to sexually or romantically because thats no ones business but ursย

People like you are the reason why no one takes same-sex attracted people seriously

i don't understand how unnecessary = harmful
do you not need them ? ok no prob, then don't use em
for people that do use them, they're probably quite necessary to their sense of self ?ย
i just don't see how they're harmful at all idgi

Okay but why is it harmful though? Verdict's still out on what I think about micro-labels so please educate me.

Bruh no, as long as he doesn't contradict himself (calling himself gay and then dating women) it doesn't matter at all what goes on inside his brain

It does not matter. If he's bisexual, he's bisexual and period. Calling yourself something you're not is bullshit

But ya'll are here defending our labels being redefined because you can not understand the ones that describe you, so whatever
