this is one of the most common "issues"
we rely too much on others instead of our own judgment, so of course, if you're new to designing, you feel hyped and are happy with every little progress you make (which you should be!)
and then there come people who will punch that up even more
like they don't have to be wrong about the good parts, but neglecting what you still have too improve on ist just counterproductive

all of the people on the German server know, that you can basically pm me a design at any given moment and go like: tear it apart. And I will comment on every single item, go down a list of bullet points, indicate things like personal preference as well and giving different ideas or input for different style wishes by the community (because at some point, as a designer, you kinda understand what the different people of VP like and how they react to stuff) and tell them in what direction their designs seem to be evolving, always try to draw comparing lines to established designers with a similiar approach to really show them the path they are on. and of course, if you send me the same "issue" three times and I tell you to maybe think about improving that double pixel line and you still don't, don't expect me to be overly kind with you the third time I explain to you that you should be neat when it comes to your outlines. but the first time I really try to be as diplomatic as possible
I could try and offer that here as well, but I feel like people on here are too caught up in thinking I'm an overall nice person and just rarely bitchy, so it'd probably offend a few in the long run

Yeahh lol, I feel that, like it helps nothing to just think its perfect or whateva, and its bad for the person saying its good too when theres stuff bugging them abt a design they otherwise like ig n it gets ig not its best self

I don't think it's heroic, I feel it's kind of part of my job as a designer

so sure, do whenever! preferably with a set overview and the single items, can be in one big picture, this is just for reference and so I can comment on everything in a complete way
