i feel like it'd make more sense to have staff hand out shout codes yeah. It's just that VP doesn't have staff so who the fuck is gonna do it

Yea.. but then it would be higher ig anyway.. 

the only thing I Don't get is why they get to claim all the different designs  and also get monthly team sets...
