but i can also see why this is problematic. like.. a lot of parents, if given the choice, would rather not have a baby with disabilities (which is understandable, but also, kinda sad). but no one says 'i wish my baby was born blind' or something like that. it's very difficult. we have the medicine to cure illnesses that would cause certain death in the past. so at what point do we say, this is too far? is it okay to 'breed out' or 'weed out' disabilities?
