Well in that case I agree, we shouldn't be keeping people who are essentially dead on life support, but those are very specific situations.
Yes, but also we keep so many ppl alive in that way tho, n think like, extreme burn victims, extreme radiation victims, ppl w bad brain injuries, etc etc, why would so many ppl be willing to spend SO much money to try to save the last bit of a human, when logically all hope or joy of life is gone. If you need constant care, u might not be able to think, be aware, its just not any way of living and I don't see the point in spending money on it when u can use it to save ppl that actually can have any sense of normal life/young/healthy life after, and not only using money, not being able to do anything

no. Snuf said he'd rather give the vaccine to younger people because  once you hit 75 dying is quite natural. He never implied to go off and just kill people.

I don't see where he said anything about the vaccine. It can very easily be read as advocacy for the killing of elderly people and regardless of his actual intentions or thoughts on the matter that is a fucked up thing to say.
