no i mean its harmful as for the overall reputation of the lgbtq+ community! if u need to label every single thing than people will make fun of it more, it gets more and more confusing u know? i think most lgbtq people dont really care what u label urself is but the more there is, the more there is to educate urself about and i think most cishet people wouldnt educate themselves on the matter
its harmful as in.. micro-labelling that in the end everyone can claim they have a certain label and its so much more than a sexuality, being opressed over decades is also there but most people dont really focus on that
