You people seem to care so much about whether a person is trans or not and what it means for your own sexuality but are still uninformed as hell, how did this happen lol.
there's nothing wrong with having preferences, you can't force attraction if it's not there
That's not at all what I said but uh good for you?

You are the one who started replying to my post unprompted and misunderstanding it and feeling affronted, like that's not my problem.

sigh...

My point was that people are uninformed/under informed about trans topics (as illustrated by some of the posts in this thread...) , yet care a lot/have a very strong opinion about what it means to them personally if a person is trans and I wish people would take their time to get some info first if the topic seems to have such relevance to that person.

This applies to so many controversial/emotional topics on the internet, low knowledge big opinion.

Like it wasn't about a specific user and their dating preferences and their feelings.

Ok but the question was you're already dating someone and they come out to you? So if they're not changing anything physically (as you said before) -- what changed re: your attraction to them?

Lmao this

i personally dont give a fuck if someone doesn't want to date me and don't take offense to "preferences"

but most of the time when people are saying they would blanket statement never date a trans person they've like never actually met a trans person and have little or no idea of what being trans actually entails and they're literally just terrified of the concept / the threat it poses to their image of themselves

people are right, nothing is wrong with "preferences" but let's interrogate WHY we have the preferences we have to begin with
