yes the monarchs are really huge fans of that generally they're like i don't need wealth it's more important that this random alcoholic get food 3 times pr week

yeah, but that won't work with monarchy, monarchs have nothing to do with the world wide distribution of food
actually most monarchies way back when wee actually more akin to dictatorships
