There is probably a clog or partial in the venting hose that goes out of the house.
Lint that bypasses the lint trap builds up in the hose that vents the hot air out of the house.
no like... it's programmed to be 3 hours
programmed?

Yes they have screens usually, mine has a touch screen at least n then it plays a lil jingle when its done but my other one just got like a display screen, but that one also has a set time but then it weighs the clothes I think n adjusts idk

Yeah I think thats normal, probably different if ppl r more accustomed to industrialized machines, tho it also depends how dry of a setting u put it on, many ppl just put it on shelf dry but I always put it on the driest setting lol
mine can only be set to run for 1 hour, so after 1 hour I check it, if its dry I take the clothes out, if it's not I turn it on for another hour, but it doesn't usually take two full runs

Yeah most I've seen it automatically displays nearly 3 hours but then they adjust a bit after a while

It's a stacked washer/dryer combo, for really small spaces lol
my laundry has to be done in the kitchen so I don't have room for a washer and dryer separate

I reckon it's just an old design, I prefer older appliances, they break down less, and when they do they're WAY cheaper/easier to repair.

they're good to have in industrial settings, that's kinda what they were made for
like to suck up sawdust or nails in a woodshop
we used them at the distillery when the mash would overflow
