Sorry for being silly but do you mean witness as in the meaning of the word, or a Jenovah's witness? (if the latter then no) 
the latter because i only expect that kind of solid knowledge from them honestly so that's fascinating

No, this is only a verse about who Jesus died for, it's a little more complicated than that.

Yes, you are right. If you don't repent and ask for forgiveness for your sin you won't be forgiven. However no christian or non christian will be perfect and without sin during there life on earth. What does this mean?

When you're a repentant christian you don't sin willfully anymore, and when you have sinned you regret it, asked for forgiveness and turn away from your sin.

Idk if you want me to respond to this but I will either way lol.

A christian isn't supposed to be perfect, there's a difference between sinning without caring, and sinning and regretting it. All christians have things they struggle with even after becoming christian, but that doesn't mean they can't get forgiveness. 

You can be a christian without being baptized. I didn't get baptized before I was 18 (19 maybe idk, my memory is terrible) and I've identified as a christian my entire life. Though I haven't lived like a christian for most of my life

However if you are a christian it is a good idea to get baptized, it is written about it in the Bible as something you do when you come to believe in Christ, then when you are baptized you are given the Holy Spirit.
