I am sorry that I have anxiety about this whole situation and having issues to sleep because of this war. All my thoughts are going to the beloved country, Ukraine. This whole situation is trigging me and me and many others are obviously scared that Russia will come to other countries to bomb them 🥺

Don't be sorry, as it happens and well, understandable, but really an advice would be to distance yourself from it if it's THAT severe for you, won't do you any good.
regarding another invasion, I want to believe that as long as Russia and Putin won't be provoked even more, they'll have no reason to, and in case they will, they'd go to Belarus, then Lithuania as it has Kaliningrad over there, and IF it'll get to this stage, you can be sure countries around will wake up and start doing instead of just sitting around

if people wonder why NOW countries care more,
and the answer is because this shit, unlike the Syrian conflict, or the Taliban thing with Afghanistan, this thing can and WILL develop into a World War if not treated carefully and solved soon, while any other case is not less because of that fact, this is just how it is and sadly countries will deal with it differently.
