Like its partly vanity yeah I wanna look hot and appreciate my body I am ngl

But the best I ever felt was on a fiber rich vegetarian diet with a lot of mono saturated and poly saturated fats, idk it just works for me

Idk maybe even not vegetarian (tho I should cuz I support the politics of the diet) but poltury and fish  only. fuck red meat and I'm cutting way back on dairy

Well he never mentioned it until a month ago, all he said was he never was gonna mention it but he does remember that time I got "super fucked up and lost your glasses in the bathroom." I said I deserved to be fired. "You deserve to have a job." 

I think he let me off the hook because I always showed up even if I was drunk or hungover, I was an hour late twice tho. But I did find out that two of my coworkers earned a $2 raise that I didnt get. Now they earned it and I didnt, sure, but if I would have made better choices i probably would have qualified for the apartment I was rejected from (I make $200 less than the income requirement currently)  

All I can do is just grow and do better I guess

I've done all I can do. I get that being in a low economic status does make it hard to stay clean for so many reasons. She won't stay sober living in an apartment with a bunch of addicts for sure. Idk how shes going to leave of course, but I hope she does. 

But yeah she also can kind of fuck off if she doesnt want to accept the simple answer and keeps bsing with this "I have a physical illness no one will diagnose and I'm exposed to toxic mold and thsts why I'm an addict!" lie 

Shes finally getting help from the state, has a case manager, all great, if she's not gonna take it seriously tho my hands are tied
