They often express that they don't want the children to be a minority, or that they are carefull about their sweidsh language.
It is about that you want a "enough" swedish environment for the kids, so that you can grow up to be swedish middle class. They prioritise therefore in their actual choices an ethnically swedish and homogenous place, because they perceive as best for the kids. "Parents today seems to come into a segregatation problematic where many people try to avoid the segregations negative effect, by trying to avoid certain house areas and its schools", Maja Lilja writes in her doctoral.
