Yeah everyone is so damn sweet, I'm really emotional about it and I'm very appreicative of every reply here!

And I do feel better, I've made a slight plan on how to tackle this. I'll make some list and I'll also mention this for my therapist and see what she has to say and what help I could get in the beginning. I'm feeling a lot more positive, thank you so much everyone
