where do i get my supply? I literally wear my mask and put it back in my car hence my supply, probably not sanitary but I mean I am the only person wearing them so is fine.

not like I have an autoclave I have laying around
we have an autoclave at work, but they said its also okay to just wash them in detergent and real hot water,
then i throw them in my dryer.

Ah, mine are the disposable ones though so it’s better to just throw it away and get a new one (which I do when I take my lunch break)
but our coats are also autoclavable but we throw them after we think they get gross (like after working urines or micro)

I work in a supermarket in a finnish town where the last case of corona was in the beginning of may (it was my dad lol). I see about five to ten masks in the store per day so very little. It hasn’t been mandatory at any point. In work i just have to wear gloves (fabric, not rubber ones) and wash my hands more than usually.

are you being made to wear face masks where you live?
not out in public, but if i want to go into hottopic, if I want to work around ours clients, i'm required one at all times.
which is totally fair and I am technically immunocompromised.

is this fashion? it's kinda cyberpunk ngl
tbh being immunocompromised and masks looking sick I kinda want to keep them as a permanent thing, the only thing that sucks is it covers all of my piercings, but at the same time good because people wont judge me until I take my mask off lol.

where are you getting the face masks from? my mom mailed me some and doug brought some home from his work they made for him.
My aunt made my bf and I one,
they supply them at his work so for now i'll be using his too that she gave me.
I ordered a bunch with my art from redbubble,
they might take a month tho.
and apparently my owner will do like the only nice thing hes ever done and pay for them for us.
so we have something nice to wear

We have to wear masks in shops and when we can't keep our distance (but newsflash, people are idiots and they don't try to keep the distance or even wear the masks where they should)

I got mine from my mom, she sew a few (I only sewed one on hand and it was so timeconsuming) and she also mailed me a shitton, that they got from the government (10/person so I have a couple)

We have to wear masks in public transportation but I don't think we have to wear them in any other setting. I do wear them when going to the store and stuff, also just because I think it looks cool. I have an MXDVS one!

Yeah, we have to wear them in stores etc here in Germany. I only have one currently (just a basic black one) but I'm thinking of buying a hello kitty one bc why not one is not enough anyway

No, in my country they're not required. But our social distancing worked really well, I think. Yesterday when I looked at the numbers, it said something like 11.000 recovered cases and 500 active cases. My region has been free for infection spread in 14 days until recently where we had one single case. But in my region, people are more likely to live distanced in the countryside and that kind of means that infectious diseases are harder to spread.

When the coronavirus first spread, I was supposed to be home anyway writing a big assessment.
So face masks are not required where I live and probably won't be in my region, things are really chill here.

I think face masks can be fashionable, but it depends on the rest of the outfit really hahahaha
I think it sucks when Starbucks and Chickfila ban their American employees from wearing the face masks they want to. It's just a face mask, mgod, relax
I guess I don't really get the American mindset when it comes to that

they have been mandatory since uh april here i think (in public buildings, supermarket, doctor, barbershop,...)
my mum sewed a batch and now they are being sold everywhere really cheap.
companies usually order them for their workers, my dad brought home 10 ffp3 masks they got like 1000 from china because they have ties there.

most people use them correctly, however there is always one idiot who doesn't cover the nose ugh.

it's polite to wear them and i don't mind much.my only beef is that kids do not have to wear them even when they are 10+ and clearly know how to use them.
